As you use the Platform, Fig6 generates, discovers, enriches, validates, and maintains information including:

• Prospective consumers and individual contacts
• Contact enrichment data
• Company enrichment data
• Validation results
• Research supplements
• Contact insights
• Company insights
• Signals
• Opportunity identification
• Prospect recommendations
• AI-generated outputs
• Platform usage analytics
• Operational metrics

Fig6 may identify prospective companies, prospective contacts, consumers, individuals, and opportunities based on customer-defined criteria, public sources, third-party services, Platform Intelligence, Customer Data, and other information available to the Platform.

1.3 Information Collected From Public Sources
Fig6 collects and processes information available from public sources, including:

• Public websites
• Search engines
• Public company information
• Public professional profiles
• Publicly available business information
• Other publicly accessible online sources

1.4 Information From Third-Party Integrations
If you connect third-party services, we collect information necessary to provide Platform functionality.

Examples include:

• AI provider credentials
• Email provider integrations
• API integrations
• Connected application data
• Authentication tokens

1.5 Technical Information
We automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address
• Browser information
• Device information
• Operating system information
• Usage activity
• Log information
• Performance information

2. How We Use Information

Fig6 uses information to:

• Operate the Platform
• Deliver Platform functionality

to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and enhance the Platform.

Fig6 does not sell Customer Data.

4. AI Providers

Fig6 requires customers to connect and maintain their own AI provider credentials for ongoing use of AI-powered Platform functionality.

Fig6 may provide limited AI usage during customer onboarding and initial campaign setup. Continued use of AI-powered functionality requires customer-provided AI credentials.

Fig6 may transmit prompts, context, research data, prospect information, campaign information, and related information to third-party AI providers selected by the customer in order to generate requested outputs.

Supported providers may include:

• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• Google
• Future supported providers

Use of such providers remains subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Fig6 integrates with third-party services, including:

• Email providers
• AI providers
• APIs
• Websites
• Subscription services
• Other third-party systems

Customers are responsible for providing any credentials, permissions, consents, or authorizations necessary for Fig6 to access and interact with such services on their behalf.

Customers represent that they possess the authority to grant such access and that such access complies with applicable third-party terms and restrictions.

6. Data Sharing

Fig6 does not sell Customer Data.

6.1 Service Providers
Fig6 uses third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to operate and support the Platform.

These providers may assist with:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure
• Authentication
• Database services
• AI processing
• Email delivery
• Email integrations
• Analytics
• Billing and subscription management
• Platform operations

A current list of Subprocessors is available upon request.

6.2 Legal Requirements
Fig6 may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect rights or property
• Investigate fraud or abuse
• Protect users or the public

6.3 Business Transactions
Information may be transferred as part of:

• Merger
• Acquisition
• Asset sale
• Reorganization
• Financing transaction

7. Data Security

Fig6 uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.

Examples include:

• Encryption of sensitive credentials
• Access controls
• Authentication controls
• Secure infrastructure
• Monitoring and logging

Sensitive credentials provided by customers, including API keys, OAuth tokens, SMTP credentials, IMAP credentials, and similar authentication information, are encrypted while stored byFig6 using commercially reasonable security measures.

Fig6 personnel do not have routine access to decrypted credential values.

No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

8.1 Customer Data
Customer Data is retained while an account remains active and as otherwise necessary to operate the Platform.

8.2 Platform Intelligence
Platform Intelligence will be retained following account deletion and may continue to be used for:

• Platform operations
• Product improvement
• Analytics
• Research
• Enrichment
• Validation
• Signal generation
• Service enhancement

8.3 Inactive Accounts
Fig6 reserves the right to remove Customer Data associated with accounts that remain unsubscribed and inactive for more than ninety (90) days.

9. Data Export and Deletion

9.1 Data Export
Fig6 provides tools that allow customers to import and export Customer Data.

Platform Intelligence generated through use of the Platform is also exportable.

9.2 Account Deletion
Customers can self-delete their accounts through available Platform functionality.

Upon deletion:

• Customer Data will be deleted in accordance with Fig6 retention policies.
• Platform Intelligence will be retained.

10. Marketing Communications

Fig6 may send:

• Product updates
• Release notes
• Service announcements
• Feature updates
• Marketing communications

Customers can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Operational, billing, security, and account-related communications cannot be opted out of while an account remains active.

11. Cookies and Analytics

Fig6 uses cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to:

• Operate the Platform
• Improve functionality
• Measure usage
• Analyze performance
• Improve user experience

Fig6 uses analytics providers, including Amplitude, to understand platform usage, analyze feature adoption, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and improve platform performance.

12. Support Access

Authorized Fig6 personnel may access Customer Data when reasonably necessary to:

• Provide customer support
• Investigate abuse
• Maintain security
• Troubleshoot issues
• Comply with legal obligations

Access is limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.

13. Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• Access
• Correction
• Deletion
• Portability
• Restriction of processing
• Objection to processing

Fig6 will process applicable requests in accordance with relevant laws. For processing of Personal Data where Fig6 acts as a Processor on behalf of our customers, please refer to our Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

14. International Users

Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess an appropriate legal basis to collect, process, enrich, store, and communicate with individuals using the Platform.

Fig6 does not guarantee compliance with any specific privacy law or regulatory framework.

15. Children's Privacy

Fig6 is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.

Fig6 does not knowingly collect information from children.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Fig6 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by other reasonable means.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of revised policies constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
